■ Maps window
Shows workouts on a map.
[1] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the part corresponding to the selected lap in red.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
[2] Range selection
You can select any range.
You can use the slider to select a general position corresponding to the number of records included in a workout.
You can adjust in units of single records by using the button.
Click and hold the slider, then move it left or right to select a different start point without changing the range.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected range appears in each window.
[3] "Return" button
Returns the selected range to its previous condition.
[4] "Move to workout" button
Moves the map to show the workout.
[5] "Show Standing Interval" Button
Change the color of the interval detected to be Standing. The Color of the interval detected to be Standing is changed in Line Graphs Window, Scatter Chart Window, Histograms Window also if shown.

■ Summary window
Shows workout information.
[1] Summary display
Shows the values for each item. The information for the selected lap or for the selected range is shown.
Information for items that cannot be selected is not shown.
[2] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the information corresponding to the selected lap.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
[3] "Parameter" button
Change the show/hide panel for selecting displayed parameters. Window content is updated when panel display setting is changed.
■ Pedaling Monitor window
Shows information related to pedaling.
[1] Force vector/Torque
Shows pedaling force vector or torque for every 30 degrees.

Mousing over the vector, the vector origin, or the torque, while the torque graph window is open, shows the information for the corresponding position in the torque graph window.
If the Pedaling Monitor Window and the Pedaling Graph Window have the same setting for "Average Value", the relative position information is shown. If their settings for "Average Value" differ, relative position information is not shown.
Click on L/R/LR in the upper left to open a pop-up for selecting parameters.
During Data has been copied from the other side, "COPY" is shown on the upper right corner of the Force Vector Field.
[2] Pedaling power/efficiency
Shows pedaling power and efficiency on the inner side of the force vector/torque.

Click on a value to open a pop-up for selecting parameters.
[3] Pedaling information
Shows the selected parameters.
Click on a parameter name to open a pop-up for selecting parameters.
The parameters that are displayed are shown as either left, right, or left-right and whether they are averages.
During Data has been copied from the other side, "C" is shown on the upper right corner of the Data Field.
[4] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the information corresponding to the selected lap.

[5] "Average Value" checkbox
Check here to show the Average Value. When checked, the average value for the interval selected in Lap Selection is shown.
[6] "All/Seated/Standing" Button
Average value can be calculated for Standing Interval, Seated interval, or all data. Selection is possible when Average Value is being shown.

■ Line Graphs window
Shows graphs for which the horizontal axis (X axis) is time (elapsed time or ride time) or distance, and the vertical axis (Y axis) is the other parameter.
[1] Line graph
Shows the selected parameters in a line graph. A maximum of four parameters can be shown at one time.
Placing the mouse over the graph shows the values for the parameters under the mouse and also shows that information in other windows (Maps, Scatter Chart, Pedaling Monitor, and Pedaling Graph windows).
[2] X axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the X axis parameter.
Selecting a parameter re-draws the graph.
[3] Y axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the Y axis parameter.
Up to four can be selected at the same time.
[4] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the range corresponding to the selected lap.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
[5] Range selection
You can select any range.
You can use the slider to select a general position corresponding to the number of records included in a workout.

[6] "Show All" button
Removes the range selected for the lap selection and the range selection and shows the entire workout.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the entire workout appears in each window.
[7] "Return" button
Returns the selected range to its previous condition.
[8] Smoothing setting
Sets the width of the interval for smoothing.
[9] Left edge is set to 0:00/0 [km]
If the range that is shown is not for the entire workout, the value on the left edge of the X axis switches to the starting value of the range (mm:ss/xx [km]) or to 0:00/0 [km].
[10] "Show Standing Interval" Button
Change the background color of the interval detected/ assumed to be Standing. The Background Color of the interval detected/assumed to be Standing is changed in Line Graphs Window, Scatter Chart Window, Histograms Window also if shown.
[11] Maximize Window Button
The window size will maximize to show more data.
[12] Section Marker
Indicates the section time of the Lap or Power Interval.
Mouse over to show avarage power values of the section. Click to see the ranges of the selected sections for each window.
■ Pedaling Graph window
Shows line graphs for which the horizontal axis (X axis) is the pedal position (when angle is 0° at top), and the vertical axis (Y axis) is the other parameter.
[1] Force/torque
Shows a graph of pedaling power.
Placing the mouse over the graph shows the values for the parameters under the mouse, and if the Pedaling Monitor window is open, shows the position corresponding to the Pedaling Monitor window.
If the Pedaling Monitor Window and the Pedaling Graph Window have the same setting for "Average Value", the relative position information is shown. If their settings for "Average Value" differ, relative position information is not shown.
[2] Y axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the parameters to graph.
[3] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the range corresponding to the selected lap.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
[4] "Average Value" checkbox
Check here to show the Average Value. When checked, the average value for the interval selected in Lap Selection is shown.
[5] "All/Seated/Standing" Button
Average value can be calculated for Standing Interval, Seated interval, or all data. Selection is possible when Average Value is being shown.
■ Scatter Chart window
Select the parameters for the horizontal axis (X axis) and vertical axis (Y axis) and display them in a scatter chart.
[1] Scatter Chart
Shows the selected parameters in a scatter chart. One parameter can be selected for the X axis and one for the Y axis.
Placing the mouse over the graph shows the values for the parameters under the mouse and also shows that information in other windows (Maps, Line Graphs, Pedaling Monitor, and Pedaling Graph windows).
You can zoom the selected range by dragging on the graph. (* Does not link to other windows.) (* Does not change display in other windows.)
[2] X axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the X axis parameter.
Selecting a parameter re-draws the graph.
[3] Y axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the Y axis parameter.
Selecting a parameter re-draws the graph.
[4] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the range corresponding to the selected lap.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
[5] "Show All" button
Removes the range selected for the lap selection and the range selection and shows the entire workout.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the entire workout appears in each window.
[6] "Show Standing Interval" Button
Change the color of the interval detected/ assumed to be Standing. The Color of the interval detected/assumed to be Standing is changed in Maps Window, Line Graphs Window, Histograms Window also if shown.
■ MMP Graph window
Shows a mean maximum power curve (MMP curve).
The created curve (different color from background) and curve of the workout being analyzed are shown (purple line and black line).
Shows power of the entire workout and of each lap as a point.
[1] MMP curve (background)
The MMP curve that is created. The horizontal axis is the time interval and the vertical axis is pedaling power (or power).
Time interval = 1 [h] of pedaling power (or power) (FTP) as a standard, and categorized below.

[2] MMP curve (power of workout being analyzed)
MMP curve created from the power information recorded in the workout being analyzed. Shown in purple.
[3] MMP curve (pedaling power of workout being analyzed)
MMP curve created from the pedaling power information recorded in the workout being analyzed. Shown in black.
[4] CP curve
This curve shows the critical power (CP) for each time interval.
[5] Average power of each lap
Shows average power of each lap as a blue point. Shows the selected lap as a red point.
If another window is open, information about the lap you place the mouse over appears.
[6] "View" button
Opens a pop-up for selecting the MMP curve (background) to show.
Select an MMP curve and click the "View" button to show the selected MMP curve (background).
■ Histograms window
Shows a histogram by riding-time, distance, or record count.
[1] X axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the X axis parameter.
Selecting a parameter re-draws the histogram.
[2] Y axis selection
Shows a panel for selecting the Y axis parameter.
Selecting a parameter re-draws the histogram.
[3] "with 0" checkbox
If the "with 0" checkbox is checked, the histogram includes 0 value data. If "with 0" checkbox is not checked, the histogram excludes 0 value data.

[4] bin width selection
Select data width for each bars.
<e.g. 1> bin width = 15
<e.g. 2> bin width = 45
[5] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the histogram to the selected lap.

[6] "Show Standing Interval" Button
Change the color of the interval detected/ assumed to be Standing. The Color of the interval detected/assumed to be Standing is changed in Maps Window, Line Graphs Window, Scatter Chart Window also if shown.
■ Lap List Window
Laps and Power Intervals included in the workout being analyzed will appear in the list.

Power Interval | : | Summary of the sections that were automatically extracted with high average power for each specified time in the workout being analyzed. |
The number of items that are displayed is adjusted to the width of the window.
[1] Add item
Click to open a pop-up for selecting items.
[2] List switching tabs
Click tabs to select the Lap or Power Interval to display.
[3] "Sort" button
Re-sort the list of the items that you click in ascending or descending order.

[4] Lap
Place the mouse cursor over the list to show the lap in that position in green.
If another window is open, information about the lap you place the mouse over appears.
Click on the lap to select it. Selected laps are shown in red. You can select or clear laps by clicking on the check boxes.
Multiple laps cannot be selected at the same time.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
* Only one lap can be selected, multiple laps cannot be selected at the same time.
[5] Width adjustment bar
Changes the width of the columns.
[6] "Rename" button
Opens the pop-up for changing the name of the selected lap.
Enabled if a lap is selected. (Disabled if "All laps" is selected.)

[7] Add column button
Click this to add a column to the right edge of the list.
You cannot add a column if the right most column is too narrow.
[8] Hide rest lap
Switches between showing and not showing the rest lap (lap which the Interval Intensity is under the threshold).
[9] "Set" button
Opens the pop-up for setting the rest lap. The threshold of the rest lap can be changed.
[10] Peak Power Tab
Displays the section where the maximum average power for the selected time [11] of the workout being analyzed.
[11][12] Power interval time tabs
Select the tab you want to show the list of specified time as tab name.
Click tab twice to change the time segment in the tab name (5 second to 60 minutes).
Rearranging the order of tabs can be done by dragging.
[13] Shows more items in list by clicking
The 1st to 5th items will be listed at the beginning.
Click "5 more items" to add to the list after the 6th item.
