User registration
1. Access the registration page.

2. Enter all necessary information indicated by an [*] asterisk.
* For information on characters that can be used for the Email Address, Password, and User Name see the "FAQ".
* If you cannot read the text in the Authentication image, click "Reload" to update the image.
3. Please read the User's Agreement and the Privacy policy and check the check box.
* You cannot register if you do not check the checkbox.
4. Click the "Register" button.
Clicking the "Register" button provides a temporary registration, an email for your official registration will be sent to the email address that you entered.
Complete the procedure for official registration within a week after the email is sent.
* If you do not complete the official registration within one week, the information for the temporary registration is deleted and you will need to register as a user again.
5. For official registration, click on the URL in the email that was sent.

6. Enter the password you entered when you registered, and click the "OK" button.

The pop-up above appears when user registration is finished.
Click on the "Sign In" button to sign in to the service.

Reset password
If you forget your password, use the following procedure to reset your password.
1. Access the Sign In page.

2. Click on "Forgot password?".

3. Enter the Email Address and Authentication, and then click "Send".
* For information on characters that can be used for the Password, see the "FAQ".
* If you cannot read the text in the Authentication image, click "Reload" to update the image.
Clicking "Send" sends an email with the URL to the "reset password" page.
4. Click on the URL in the email that was sent to access the reset password page.

* If you do not reset your password within one week, the URL in the email is disabled and you will need to reset the password again.
5. Enter your New Password, and click the "OK" button.

Click on the "Sign In" button to sign in to the service.

User settings
User Profile
Use the following procedure to change user information.
1. Access the Profile Settings.
* Click the icon on the menu bar. icon
2. Click the "User Profile" tab.

Display Preferences

Private Location settings
Use the following procedure to edit a private location.
1. Access the Profile Settings.

Private Location settings

[1] Private Location (circle)
Indicate the range of your Private Location to draw a circle around the central point at the indicated radius.
The selected private location is red, and the other private locations are blue.
・To select a private location do one of the following
  • - Click Private Location
  • - Click the marker
  • - Select "Select Private Location" in the selection box

・If multiple private locations have been drawn, the colors of the edge of the circles that are drawn match the background of the select box items.
・You can move a private location by dragging it with the marker.
・You can change the radius by dragging the arrow on the edge of the circle. The radius can also be changed by using the "Radius" slider. (You can set the radius from 500 to 10000 meters. Dragging the radius changes it in increments of one meter, the slider changes it in increments of 500 meters.)
[2] "Add" button
Adds a Private Location.
The maximum number of private locations that can be set is 32. If 32 private locations have been set and you want to add a new one, delete one of the private locations.
[3] "Delete" button
Deletes the selected Private Location.
[4] "Select Private Location" select box
Selects a private location.
[5] "Private Location Name" text box
Changes the name of the selected private location.
[6] "Radius" slider
Changes the radius of the selected Private Location.
* The information on the server is not updated until you click the "Update" button and the data is updated. Note that if you go to another screen without updating, the changes will be lost.
Account Management
Use the following procedure to change your account information.
1. Access the Profile Settings.
* Click the icon on the menu bar. icon
2. Click the "Account Management" tab.

2. Enter the new email address and click the "Send" button.

Clicking "Send" opens the above pop-up and an email with the URL for the page to change e-mail address will be sent to the email address that you entered.
3. Click on the URL in the email that was sent to access the page to change e-mail address.

* If you do not change it within one week, the URL in the email is disabled. Reset your email address again.
4. Enter the password, and click the "OK" button.

Ride Log is transferred/Image is posted to selected web service when uploaded.
[6] Power Adjustment Status
Displays whether or not the Power Adjustment (SGY-PM910H Power Recalculation) is performed when data is uploaded.
* The selection of whether or not to carry out Power Recalculation is possible from the Profile Settings screen.
* Workout data which is suitable for Recalculation is Recalculated when uploaded.
* If the upload fails, a pop-up opens.

Opens the Download Workouts pop-up.

Workout List window
Shows workouts in a list.
The number of items that are displayed is automatically adjusted to the width of the window.

Re-sort the list of the items that you click in ascending or descending order.

Place the mouse cursor over the list to show the workout in that position in green. If the workout you place the mouse over is on the Calendar window, the workout turns green, if it is on the Maps window, the workout turns bright green.

You can select more than one workout by selecting the check boxes.
The status of the buttons ("Analysis", "Edit/Rename", "Delete", and "Share") changes according to the number of workouts that are selected.

Starts Power Adjustment. (Actual Adjustment calculation may take some time.)
[b] Offset adjustment using Torque Value
Adjust the Power Values of the selected workout in accordance with a Torque Adjustment Value.
The Torque Adjustment Value can be selected in 0.01N・m steps over a range of -5.0N・m to +5.0N・m.
The Force Value is shown below, next to the Torque Value, and calculated from the Selected Crank Length shown. To correct a Force Preview value, adjust the Adjustment Value while checking the Force Value.
The Adjustment Value can be changed using the slider or the adjustment buttons, or by directly inputting a value.
* If the workout cannot be adjusted for left and right sides independently, only one Adjustment Value is shown.
* If no workout which can be adjusted by Torque is selected, the portion of the display dealing with Torque Adjustment is not shown.
[c] Adjustment by Ratio
The selected workout is Power Adjusted by a selected ratio.
The Adjustment Ratio can be set in the range -20% to +20% in 0.1% steps.
The Adjustment Ratio can be changed using the slider or the adjustment buttons, or by directly inputting a value.
* If the workout cannot be adjusted for left and right sides independently, only one Adjustment Ratio is shown.
* If no workout which can be adjusted by Ratio is selected, the portion of the display dealing with Adjustment by Ratio is not shown.
[d] SGY-PM910H Carry out Power Recalculation
Recalculate the Power Values detected by the SGY-PM910H more accurately.
* Power Recalculation is only carried out for workouts for which Recalculation is possible.
* If no workout for which Power Recalculation is possible is selected, the portion of the display dealing with Power Recalculation is not shown.
[e] "Undo All" button
Returns the Power Values of a workout which has been recalculated to their original values at the time of upload.
* A workout that is in the process of being Recalculated or Adjusted cannot be undone. Please undo after the recalculation or adjustment has finished.
[f] "Close" button
Closes the Power Adjustment window.
[g] "What is Power Adjustment?"
Shows the help page for Power Adjustment.
* When multiple workout are selected, Torque Adjustment, Power Adjustment and Power Recalculation are only performed for those workouts for which they are possible.
* Recalculation and Adjustment calculation take some time to be reflected in the content of MMP Graph window and Statistics window.
* If a workout for which Power Adjustment is not possible is selected, the Power Adjustment popup window will state this fact. Please select a different workout.

If you have not yet verified STRAVA, TrainingPeaks, Twitter, or Facebook then posting or transfer cannot be done, and you will be taken instead to the User Setting screen.

The MMP curve that is created. The horizontal axis is the time interval and the vertical axis is pedaling power (or power).

Opens a pop-up for selecting the MMP curve to show.

[3] "Edit" button
Opens a pop-up for creating, editing, and deleting an MMP curve.

You can create an MMP curve by selecting "New graph" in the MMP curve list.
To create an MMP curve, input a graph name and set the conditions of a workout to include in the MMP curve, or select a workout to include in an MMP curve and click the "New" button.

You can edit or delete an MMP curve by selecting an MMP curve in the MMP curve list.

To update the information for an MMP curve, change the conditions of a workout to include in an MMP curve and the graph name, then click the "Update" button.
Clicking the "Delete" button on the bottom of the MMP curve list opens the following pop-up to confirm deleting the data.

Statistics window
Displays statistical data.

Shows the information for the parameter group of the selected group of workouts.

Opens the pop-up for selecting a group of workouts.

Clicking on a group of workouts in the pop-up displays the information for that group.
[3] Select parameter group
Opens the pop-up for selecting a parameter group.

Clicking on a parameter group in the pop-up displays the information for that group.
[4] Select displayed units
Select from "Day", "Week", "Month", or "Year" for the unit displayed on the X axis.
Some units cannot be selected, depending on the group of workouts. (This depends on the time period of the workouts included in the group.)
[5] "Edit" button
Opens the pop-up for editing parameter groups, workout groups, FTP, and weight.
・ Edit parameter group
You can create a parameter group by selecting "New parameter group" in the group list.
To create a parameter group, input a group name and select parameters to include in the group and click the "New" button.

You can edit or delete a parameter group by selecting the parameter group in the group list.
If you select only one parameter group, the information for the parameter group you selected is displayed.

To update the information in a parameter group, change the group name and the parameters to include in the parameter group and click the "Update" button.
Clicking the "Delete" button on the bottom of the group list opens the following pop-up to confirm deleting the data.

・Edit a group of workouts
You can create a group of workouts by selecting "New group of workouts" in the group list.

* The function of the pop-up is the same as the pop-up for editing the MMP graph window. It is possible to edit or delete MMP curves created in the pop-up for editing the MMP graph window.
・Editing FTP
To add an FTP, input the date and FTP then click the "Add" button.

If you select just one FTP from the list, the date and FTP value appear in the input field, and you can edit them. To update the FTP information, edit the information and then click the "Update" button.

Clicking the "Delete" button on the upper right opens a pop-up to confirm deleting the data.

Click the "OK" button on the confirm deletion pop-up to delete the selected FTP. You can delete multiple FTPs in a batch.
・Editing weight
To add a weight, input the date, time and weight and then click the "Add" button.

If you select just one weight from the list, the date, time and weight appear in the input field, and you can edit them. To update the weight information, edit the information and then click the "Update" button.

Clicking the "Delete" button on the upper right opens a pop-up to confirm deleting the data.

Maps window
Shows workouts on a map.

[1] Lap selection
Select a lap to show the part corresponding to the selected lap in red.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.

[2] Range selection
You can select any range.
You can use the slider to select a general position corresponding to the number of records included in a workout.
You can adjust in units of single records by using the button.
Click and hold the slider, then move it left or right to select a different start point without changing the range.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected range appears in each window.

Returns the selected range to its previous condition.
[4] "Move to workout" button
Moves the map to show the workout.
[5] "Show Standing Interval" Button
Change the color of the interval detected to be Standing. The Color of the interval detected to be Standing is changed in Line Graphs Window, Scatter Chart Window, Histograms Window also if shown.

Shows the values for each item. The information for the selected lap or for the selected range is shown.

Change the show/hide panel for selecting displayed parameters. Window content is updated when panel display setting is changed.

Mousing over the vector, the vector origin, or the torque, while the torque graph window is open, shows the information for the corresponding position in the torque graph window.

If the Pedaling Monitor Window and the Pedaling Graph Window have the same setting for "Average Value", the relative position information is shown. If their settings for "Average Value" differ, relative position information is not shown.
Click on L/R/LR in the upper left to open a pop-up for selecting parameters.

During Data has been copied from the other side, "COPY" is shown on the upper right corner of the Force Vector Field.

Select a lap to show the information corresponding to the selected lap.
If a window in which laps can be selected is open, the information for the selected lap appears in each window.
[5] "Average Value" checkbox
Check here to show the Average Value. When checked, the average value for the interval selected in Lap Selection is shown.
[6] "All/Seated/Standing" Button
Average value can be calculated for Standing Interval, Seated interval, or all data. Selection is possible when Average Value is being shown.

Line Graphs window
Shows graphs for which the horizontal axis (X axis) is time (elapsed time or ride time) or distance, and the vertical axis (Y axis) is the other parameter.

Sets the width of the interval for smoothing.

If the range that is shown is not for the entire workout, the value on the left edge of the X axis switches to the starting value of the range (mm:ss/xx [km]) or to 0:00/0 [km].

[10] "Show Standing Interval" Button
Change the background color of the interval detected/ assumed to be Standing. The Background Color of the interval detected/assumed to be Standing is changed in Line Graphs Window, Scatter Chart Window, Histograms Window also if shown.
Pedaling Graph window
Shows line graphs for which the horizontal axis (X axis) is the pedal position (when angle is 0° at top), and the vertical axis (Y axis) is the other parameter.

Shows a graph of pedaling power.
Placing the mouse over the graph shows the values for the parameters under the mouse, and if the Pedaling Monitor window is open, shows the position corresponding to the Pedaling Monitor window.

Select the parameters for the horizontal axis (X axis) and vertical axis (Y axis) and display them in a scatter chart.

MMP Graph window
Shows a mean maximum power curve (MMP curve).
The created curve (different color from background) and curve of the workout being analyzed are shown (purple line and black line).

The MMP curve that is created. The horizontal axis is the time interval and the vertical axis is pedaling power (or power).
Time interval = 1 [h] of pedaling power (or power) (FTP) as a standard, and categorized below.

MMP curve created from the power information recorded in the workout being analyzed. Shown in purple.

[4] CP curve
This curve shows the critical power (CP) for each time interval.
[5] Average power of each lap
Shows average power of each lap as a blue point. Shows the selected lap as a red point.
If another window is open, information about the lap you place the mouse over appears.
[6] "View" button
Opens a pop-up for selecting the MMP curve (background) to show.

Shows a histogram by riding-time, distance, or record count.

Lap List Window
Laps included in the workout being analyzed appear in the list.
The number of items that are displayed is adjusted to the width of the window.

Re-sort the list of the items that you click in ascending or descending order.

Place the mouse cursor over the list to show the lap in that position in green.
If another window is open, information about the lap you place the mouse over appears.

Multiple laps cannot be selected at the same time.

Changes the width of the columns.

Click this to add a column to the right edge of the list.
You cannot add a column if the right most column is too narrow.

Switches between showing and not showing the rest lap (lap which the Interval Intensity is under the threshold).

Opens the pop-up for setting the rest lap. The threshold of the rest lap can be changed.

Device Information Window
Shows information about the device used when recording the workout that is being analyzed.

*Temperature learning conditions can be displayed when recording on Cyclocomputer (SGX-CA900, SGX-CA500) and if pedaling monitor sensors (SGY-PM900, SGY-PM910) are used in Pedaling Monitor Mode.
